XBee USB Board transistor problem

I have purchased a 990.002 XBee USB Board but i had a short circuit and after that the board doesnt work correctly. I saw that the transistor that is in the near usb is burned
( part Q1 ).can you send a schematic with the parts, B.O.M. or tell me which part is that transistor so i can replace it.
